Ingredients

• 3 cups pineapple juice
• 15 oz cream of coconut
• 1 cup coconut rum
• 2 cups water
• juice of 1 lime

Method

1. Whisk the cream of coconut into the pineapple juice until fully dissolved.
2. Add the water, rum and lime juice.
3. Pour into the machine and run the spiked slush setting.
