Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh lemon juice
• 18 oz bourbon whiskey
• 36 oz water
• 12 oz simple syrup
• 6 oz fresh lemon zest (optional, for color)

Method

1. Combine lemon juice, bourbon, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well.
2. Pour mixture into the FS601 up to the MAX FILL line (96 oz mark).
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start.
4. Once frozen (approximately 25-30 minutes), stir gently with a wooden spoon to break up ice crystals.
5. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
