Ingredients

• 16 oz passion fruit juice (or passion fruit nectar)
• 12 oz pineapple juice
• 8 oz orange juice
• 12 oz water
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

Method

1. Combine passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, water, simple syrup, and lime juice in a pitcher and stir well.
2. Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (optional but recommended for faster freeze).
3. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
4. Set machine to Slush mode and run for 35-45 minutes until the consistency changes to slush.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lime wheel or fresh mint sprig
