Ingredients

• 16 oz vodka
• 32 oz tonic water (decarbonated)
• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 4 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz water

Method

1. Decarbonate the tonic water by pouring into a wide bowl and stirring vigorously for 2 minutes, or let sit uncovered for 20 minutes.
2. In a large pitcher, combine vodka, decarbonated tonic, lime juice, simple syrup, and water. Stir well to fully incorporate.
3. Pour mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 40-50 minutes until you hear the churn pitch change to a slower, thicker sound.
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lime wheel with a sprig of fresh mint
