Aperitif Lemonade Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 6 ingredients, 7 servings.

Ingredients

• 16 oz fresh lemon juice
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 6 oz vodka (40% ABV)
• 2 oz Aperol (11% ABV)
• 28 oz water
• 1/4 tsp Angostura bitters

Method

1. Combine simple syrup, vodka, Aperol, and Angostura bitters in a bowl; stir until fully incorporated.
2. Add fresh lemon juice and water; stir well to combine.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and run until slush consistency (30–45 minutes).
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lemon wheel with candied peel
