Ingredients

• 47.8 oz apple cider (chilled)
• 23.9 oz apple juice concentrate (thawed)
• 15.9 oz fresh lemon juice
• 11.9 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 8 oz oz vanilla extract
• 0.33 oz ground cinnamon
• 0.17 oz ground nutmeg
• 0.08 oz ground cloves
• 4 oz oz water

Method

1. Combine apple cider, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher and stir well.
2. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and water; whisk until spices are fully dissolved.
3. Pour mixture into FS605 Max bowl up to the 112 oz max fill line.
4. Select Slush mode and start. Machine will freeze in 15–20 minutes.
5. Serve immediately with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
