Ingredients

• 16 oz whole milk
• 8 oz heavy cream
• 6 oz chocolate syrup
• 12 oz strawberry juice (or strawberry syrup + water)
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt

Method

1. Combine milk, cream, chocolate syrup, and vanilla in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Stir in strawberry juice and simple syrup until fully combined.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher, filling to the 64 oz max fill line (you'll have ~51 oz total).
4. Set machine to Milkshake mode and start the freeze cycle.
5. Wait 40–50 minutes until the mixture reaches a soft-serve ice-cream consistency (listen for the motor pitch to deepen).
6. Scoop and serve immediately, or store in the freezer for up to 2 hours.

Garnish: chocolate drizzle + fresh strawberry
