Strawberry Shortcake Dream Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 8 ingredients, 7 servings.
Serves 7 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 16 oz strawberry juice (or fresh strawberries blended + strained)
- 12 oz heavy cream
- 8 oz whole milk
- 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made)
- 4 oz vanilla extract or vanilla syrup
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 8 oz cold water
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Blend fresh strawberries if using whole fruit; strain through fine mesh to remove pulp. Pre-chill all ingredients in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream and milk until slightly frothy (this helps texture in Frappé mode).
- Pour strawberry juice, simple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cold water into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Gently fold in the cream-milk mixture with a spoon (do not stir vigorously—minimize air bubbles).
- Set machine to Frappé mode. Freeze for 35–50 minutes until the consistency reaches creamy slush. The audible churn will deepen in pitch when ready.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Whipped cream + fresh strawberry slice
