Cola Float Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 6 ingredients, 6 servings.
Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 32 oz Coca-Cola (decarbonated — let sit open 20 min or stir vigorously)
- 16 oz whole milk
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz vanilla syrup or simple syrup
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Decarbonate the Coca-Cola by letting it sit open for 20 minutes or stirring vigorously for 1 minute to release carbonation.
- In a separate container, whisk together milk, heavy cream, vanilla syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour decarbonated Coca-Cola into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, then add the cream mixture. Stir gently to combine. Total should reach the 56 oz mark (leaving 8 oz headroom).
- Set machine to Milkshake mode and start the freeze cycle.
- Wait 40–50 minutes — slush is ready when the churn sound deepens and mixture reaches soft-serve consistency. Dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Whipped cream and a cherry on top
