Ingredients

• 12 oz fresh orange juice
• 8 oz heavy cream
• 6 oz vodka (40% ABV)
• 4 oz Cointreau (40% ABV)
• 3 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz vanilla extract
• 0.5 tsp sea salt

Method

1. Combine vodka, Cointreau, and vanilla extract in a small bowl; let sit 2 minutes to marry flavors.
2. In the pitcher, whisk together orange juice, heavy cream, lemon juice, and simple syrup until fully blended.
3. Pour spirit mixture into pitcher and stir well for 30 seconds.
4. Add sea salt and stir once more.
5. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
6. Freeze 40–50 minutes until slush consistency; serve in chilled coupe glasses.

Garnish: Candied orange wheel + thin vanilla bean
