Ingredients

• 23.3 oz grenadine
• 19.4 oz ginger ale, decarbonated
• 11.6 oz fresh lemon juice
• 7.8 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 1.9 oz maraschino liqueur syrup (or maraschino juice from jar)

Method

1. Decarbonate the ginger ale by pouring into a bowl and stirring vigorously for 1 minute, or let sit uncovered for 15 minutes.
2. In a separate container, whisk together grenadine, simple syrup, and maraschino syrup until fully combined.
3. Pour all ingredients into the Ninja Slushi pitcher and stir gently.
4. Set machine to Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
5. Slush will be ready in 35–45 minutes. Dispense when the motor pitch changes or slush reaches desired consistency.

Garnish: Maraschino cherry
