Ingredients

• 16 oz fresh lime juice (or bottled, pre-chilled)
• 12 oz chocolate syrup
• 8 oz crème de menthe syrup (non-alcoholic)
• 16 oz lemon-lime soda (decarbonated)
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 4 oz water (cold)

Method

1. In a small bowl, whisk together chocolate syrup and simple syrup until fully combined.
2. Pour lime juice, soda, water, and crème de menthe syrup into the Ninja Slushi pitcher.
3. Add the chocolate-syrup mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Fill to the max fill line (64 oz) — should be approximately 56 oz total.
5. Set machine to Slush mode and run for 35–45 minutes until slush consistency is reached.
6. Dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Whipped cream + chocolate drizzle + mint sprig
