Serves 7 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 24 oz chocolate syrup (or 1.5 cups prepared chocolate sauce)
- 16 oz whole milk
- 12 oz heavy cream
- 8 oz crème de menthe syrup (alcohol-free, e.g., Monin or DaVinci brand)
- 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar-water, pre-made or dissolve 1 tbsp sugar in 1 tbsp hot water)
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice (brightens chocolate-mint balance)
Method
- Combine chocolate syrup, whole milk, heavy cream, crème de menthe syrup, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a large bowl or measuring jug.
- Stir vigorously for 1–2 minutes until fully blended and smooth (no streaks of syrup).
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher — stop at or below the 64 oz MAX FILL line (your total is ~64 oz; you should land around 60–62 oz after settling).
- Set machine to **Slush** mode and activate.
- Freeze for 35–50 minutes. Slush is ready when the paddle churn sound changes pitch (becomes slightly quieter/thicker). Dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: whipped cream + cocoa powder sprinkle
