Ingredients

• 14 oz peach puree (fresh or frozen, thawed)
• 20 oz Starry Zero Sugar lemon-flavored soda (decarbonated)
• 14 oz peach vodka (40% ABV)
• 6 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)

Method

1. Decarbonate the Starry by pouring into a wide bowl and stirring vigorously for 2–3 minutes, or let sit uncovered for 15 minutes.
2. In a measuring cup, combine peach puree, decarbonated Starry, peach vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well until fully blended.
3. Pour mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz MAX FILL line.
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and run until the auger churn changes pitch (approximately 50–60 minutes).
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh peach slice or lemon wheel
