Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh strawberry puree (or frozen strawberries, thawed and blended)
• 16 oz fresh lemon juice
• 32 oz water
• 20 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, cooled)
• 4 oz ginger ale

Method

1. Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, water, and cooled simple syrup in a large pitcher and stir well.
2. Pour mixture into the FS601 bowl up to the 96 oz max fill line.
3. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
4. Select SlushAssist mode and press start — the machine will auto-detect and optimize settings.
5. Serve in chilled glasses when the slush cycle completes (approximately 20–25 minutes).

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice and lemon wheel
