Ingredients

• 12 oz vodka
• 16 oz grape juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
• 20 oz ginger beer
• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 4 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz water

Method

1. Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use.
2. Pour vodka, grape juice, ginger beer, lime juice, simple syrup, and water into the Ninja SLUSHi pitcher in order listed — do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
4. Freeze for 35–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the churn sound changes pitch.
5. Dispense into glasses, stir gently to combine settled layers, and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint
