Ingredients

• 24 oz pineapple juice (fresh or bottled, pre-chilled)
• 4 oz amaretto liqueur
• 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar-water ratio)
• 30 oz water (pre-chilled)
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Method

1. Dissolve 1 tbsp sugar in 1 tbsp hot water to make simple syrup; let cool completely.
2. Juice fresh pineapple or use bottled juice; if using fresh, strain to remove pulp.
3. Combine pineapple juice, amaretto, simple syrup, water, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir well.
4. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
5. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode. Wait 35–45 minutes until slush reaches desired consistency (listen for pitch change in auger).
6. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry
