Pineapple Cream Slush

Ingredients

• 4 cups pure pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method

1. Combine the pineapple juice, milk, cream, lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher.
2. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved, with none left at the bottom.
3. Pour into the machine, staying below the max fill line, and run the slush setting.
