Ingredients

• 12 oz bourbon-flavored syrup (or 6 oz bourbon + 6 oz simple syrup, non-alcoholic substitute: 12 oz caramel-bourbon syrup)
• 8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz fresh orange juice
• 2 oz grenadine
• 1 oz Angostura bitters (or 0.5 oz bitters + 0.5 oz water)
• 36 oz water
• 2 oz simple syrup

Method

1. Combine caramel-bourbon syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, grenadine, and bitters in a pitcher.
2. Add water and simple syrup; stir until bitters fully dissolve.
3. Pour into FS305CO vessel up to the 72 oz max-fill line.
4. Select Slush mode and press start (45–75 min cycle).
5. Serve over ice in rocks glasses with an orange wheel and cherry.
