Ingredients
- 3/4 cup very cold champagne or sparkling wine
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup passionfruit juice or passionfruit nectar
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp pasteurized liquid egg whites
- 1 to 2 tbsp agave nectar or simple syrup (if needed)
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Use pasteurized liquid egg whites (not raw shell egg whites) for food safety.
- Whisk all ingredients together until fully smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with agave or simple syrup.
- Chill before pouring into the Ninja SLUSHi vessel.
- Run the Spiked Slush setting until thick and creamy.
