Serves 7 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh lime juice (about 12 limes, or bottled if fresh unavailable)
- 20 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
- 12 oz water
- 3 tbsp allulose (granulated, dissolves easily)
- 1/4 tsp monk fruit extract powder (optional, for depth — use sparingly as it's very potent)
- Pinch of sea salt (enhances perceived sweetness without sugar)
Method
- Dissolve allulose in 4 oz warm water, stirring until fully clear. Let cool to room temperature.
- Combine lime juice, cherry juice, remaining 8 oz water, dissolved allulose, monk fruit powder (if using), and salt in a bowl. Stir well.
- Chill mixture in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before pouring.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you'll have ~59 oz total).
- Set machine to Slush mode. Freeze for 35–50 minutes until slush consistency; stir and taste at 40 min.
Garnish: Lime wheel + fresh cherry
