Ingredients
- 8 oz coconut rum
- 16 oz pineapple juice (chilled)
- 1 oz grenadine
- 12 oz cold water
Method
- Combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and cold water in a pitcher and stir.
- Pour into the Slushi vessel — total 37 oz, leaves freeze headroom.
- Run Spiked Slush mode for the full cycle.
- Serve immediately while the texture is at its peak.
Garnish: Toasted coconut rim and a maraschino cherry
