Ingredients
- 16 oz pineapple juice (fresh or bottled, chilled)
- 8 oz coconut cream (canned, chilled)
- 6 oz tequila (40% ABV)
- 2 oz fresh lime juice (chilled)
- 3 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio, chilled)
- 29 oz water (chilled)
Method
- Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, and chilled water in a large pitcher.
- Stir well to integrate the coconut cream evenly (no lumps).
- Add tequila and stir gently.
- Pour the full mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, filling to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
- Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start. Slush will be ready in 35–50 minutes; texture solidifies when the auger churn changes pitch.
Garnish: Cocktail umbrella + pineapple wedge
