Ingredients

• 32 oz cola (decarbonated)
• 12 oz fresh lemon juice
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 6 oz ginger beer (decarbonated)
• 4 oz water
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Decarbonate cola and ginger beer by stirring vigorously for 1 minute or letting sit open for 20 minutes.
2. Combine simple syrup, lemon juice, water, and bitters in a pitcher and stir until smooth.
3. Add decarbonated cola and ginger beer, then stir gently.
4. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
5. Set machine to Slush mode and run for 35–45 minutes until audible churn changes pitch.

Garnish: Candied lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig
