Ingredients

• 48 oz apple juice (pre-chilled)
• 8 oz vodka
• 4 oz water
• 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, prepared ahead)

Method

1. Prepare simple syrup by dissolving 1 oz sugar in 1 oz hot water; let cool completely.
2. Pour pre-chilled apple juice, vodka, water, and cooled simple syrup into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
4. Freeze for 35–45 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush consistency is reached.
5. Dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Apple slice or cinnamon stick
