Ingredients

24 oz fresh lime juice (or 1.5 oz bottled lime cordial + 22.5 oz water)
16 oz vodka
12 oz simple syrup
12 oz Sprite (decarbonated)
½ oz dry vermouth or white wine (optional, for herbal backbone)

Method

Decarbonate the Sprite by pouring into a shallow bowl and stirring vigorously for 1–2 minutes, or let sit open for 15 minutes.
In a large pitcher, combine lime juice, simple syrup, and decarbonated Sprite. Stir until fully mixed.
Add vodka and stir gently to combine.
Pour into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
Set machine to Spiked Slush mode. Freeze for 45–55 minutes until the slush reaches desired consistency (audible churn will deepen in pitch when ready).
Dispense into rocks glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: lime wheel or twisted lime peel
