Ingredients

• 15.3 oz vodka
• 17.8 oz dry vermouth
• 26.9 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz water

Method

1. Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use.
2. Pour vodka, dry vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set machine to Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
4. Wait 35–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency (you'll hear the churn pitch change).
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and garnish with a single cocktail olive or lemon twist.
