Cucumber Lime Refresher: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi 88oz. 7 ingredients, 6 servings.

Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh cucumber juice (strained, pre-chilled)
- 16 oz fresh lime juice (strained, pre-chilled)
- 16 oz water (cold)
- 3 tbsp allulose
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves (optional, bruised)
Method
- Juice fresh cucumbers and limes, then strain through fine mesh to remove pulp. Pre-chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, dissolve allulose and agave nectar in 2 oz of the cold water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Pour the chilled cucumber juice, lime juice, sweetener mixture, remaining cold water, and sea salt into the Ninja Slushi pitcher (total ~56 oz). Stir gently to combine. Do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line.
- Add bruised mint leaves if desired for extra freshness, then set machine to Slush mode.
- Freeze for 35-45 minutes. Machine is ready when the auger churn pitch deepens. Dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or lime wheel
