Ingredients
- 12 oz coconut cream (canned, pre-chilled)
- 16 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
- 6 oz dragon fruit concentrate (pre-chilled)
- 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 6 oz light rum (40% ABV)
- 16 oz water (pre-chilled)
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, dragon fruit concentrate, simple syrup, and water in a large pitcher and stir until smooth.
- Add light rum and pinch of salt; stir thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (total should be ~58 oz).
- Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and run for 40–50 minutes until slush texture forms.
- Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge or fresh mint sprig
