Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons, or bottled 100% lemon juice)
- 8 oz elderflower cordial (or 6 oz for less floral intensity)
- 1.5 tbsp allulose (freeze-point depressant; aids freeze without sugar spike)
- 1 tbsp agave nectar (minimal carb impact, vegan sweetener)
- 28 oz sparkling water (decarbonated — stir vigorously or let sit open 15 min)
- 2 oz water (to reach max fill safely)
- Pinch of sea salt (enhances sweetness perception)
- 0.09 oz allulose, powdered
Method
- Decarbonate the sparkling water by stirring vigorously for 1–2 minutes or letting it sit open for 15 minutes to release CO₂.
- In a separate container, whisk together agave nectar and allulose until fully dissolved; add the pinch of salt.
- Combine lemon juice, elderflower cordial, sweetener mix, and decarbonated sparkling water in the pitcher. Stir well.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line).
- Set machine to Slush mode. Freeze for 35–50 minutes; slush is ready when the motor pitch changes and mixture is fully slushed.
Garnish: Lemon wheel + fresh mint sprig
