Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Absolut vanilla vodka
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 cup Pablo & Rusty's Specialty Coffee Concentrate (Pioneer blend)
- 300ml Maleny lactose free thickened cream
- 1 cup water
- coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Combine vodka, Kahlua, coffee concentrate, cream, and water in a 1-litre jug
- Whisk until fully combined
- Pour into slushie machine and select Frozen Cocktail setting
- Dispense after 20-25 minutes
- Garnish with coffee beans
