Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 1.5 oz blue curaçao
• 12 oz pineapple juice
• 4 oz coconut cream
• 3 oz fresh lime juice
• 1.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz water

Method

1. Pour vodka and blue curaçao into the FS605 Max bowl first.
2. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and water in sequence.
3. Stir gently to combine, then set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 50–60 minutes until slushy.
4. Stir once halfway through if possible for even freezing.
5. Serve in chilled glasses with a cocktail pick.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge + maraschino cherry on pick
