Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz blue curaçao
- 12 oz pineapple juice
- 4 oz coconut cream
- 3 oz fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz water
Method
- Pour vodka and blue curaçao into the FS605 Max bowl first.
- Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and water in sequence.
- Stir gently to combine, then set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 50–60 minutes until slushy.
- Stir once halfway through if possible for even freezing.
- Serve in chilled glasses with a cocktail pick.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge + maraschino cherry on pick
