Ingredients

• VESSEL A — Bourbon Base:
• 6 oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
• 18 oz cola (Coca-Cola, room temperature)
• 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz water (to reach 48 oz total)
• VESSEL B — Cola-Spice Complement:
• 20 oz cola (Coca-Cola, room temperature)
• 4 oz ginger beer
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1.5 oz simple syrup
• 1.5 oz water (to reach 48 oz total)

Method

1. Pre-chill all liquids. Decarbonate both cola portions by stirring vigorously for 30 seconds to release fizz (carbonation blocks freeze).
2. Vessel A (LEFT): Combine Jack Daniel's, decarbonated cola, lime juice, and simple syrup. Top with water to reach 48 oz. Stir well.
3. Vessel B (RIGHT): Combine decarbonated cola, ginger beer, lime juice, and simple syrup. Top with water to reach 48 oz. Stir well.
4. Pour Vessel A into the left pitcher and Vessel B into the right pitcher (do not exceed 48 oz per side).
5. Set both to SlushAssist; freeze ~20 min until both vessels reach slush consistency. Use the dual-dispense handle to twist bourbon-and-spice together into a glass, or pull Vessel A (spirit-forward) first, then twist Vessel B (ginger-cola) for a layered effect.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cherry pick.
