Ingredients

• 24 oz peach nectar
• 18 oz Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
• 12 oz fresh lemon juice
• 8 oz peach schnapps
• 20 oz simple syrup
• 18 oz water

Method

1. Combine peach nectar, Prosecco, lemon juice, peach schnapps, simple syrup, and water in a large pitcher.
2. Stir gently until fully mixed (avoid excessive agitation of the Prosecco).
3. Chill the batch to refrigerator temperature (35–40°F) for at least 1 hour.
4. Pour the chilled mix into the X-150 bowl up to the 100 oz max fill line.
5. Start the machine and allow 60–75 minutes for a smooth slush texture. Serve at 22°F.
