Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh grapefruit juice (pink or ruby, pre-chilled)
- 8 oz Campari
- 6 oz London Dry gin
- 4 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca (optional bitter modifier)
- 24 oz club soda or water (to reach max fill)
Method
- Combine Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca in a measuring cup and stir gently.
- Pour grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the Ninja Slushi pitcher.
- Add the spirit blend, then top with club soda to reach (but not exceed) the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 50–60 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush forms.
- Dispense into chilled coupe glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Grapefruit wheel with a twist of fresh rosemary sprig
