Ingredients
- 12 oz cream of coconut (Coco López)
- 16 oz pineapple juice (chilled)
- 8 oz white rum
- 8 oz cold water
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
Method
- Whisk cream of coconut, pineapple juice, rum, water, and lime in a pitcher until smooth.
- Pour into the Slushi vessel — 45 oz, well under the mix line and dairy-friendly.
- Run Spiked Slush mode for the full cycle.
- Dispense into hurricane glasses or chilled rocks.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge + toasted coconut rim
