  1. Use pasteurized liquid egg whites or another pasteurized egg product only, never raw shell egg whites, per FDA/USDA/CDC guidance for drinks that won't be cooked further
  2. Whisk or blend pineapple juice, passionfruit juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, lime juice, pasteurized egg whites, agave, and sea salt until smooth and lightly frothy
  3. Add the champagne last and stir gently so it does not foam up too aggressively
  4. Taste and adjust lime, cream of coconut, or agave to preference
  5. Let the mixture settle briefly, then pour into the Ninja Slushi vessel and process until thick, icy, and cloud-smooth
