  1. Combine rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, mint simple syrup, and bitters in a pitcher. Stir well.
  2. Add club soda and stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour into FS605 Max bowl up to the MAX FILL line (approximately 54 oz total).
  4. Select Frozen Cocktail mode. Freeze for 50–65 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even texture.
  5. Serve in chilled glasses with fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel.
