Ingredients
- 12 oz white rum (Bacardi or Havana Club)
- 6 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz demerara syrup
- 2 oz fresh mint simple syrup (brewed: 1 oz mint leaves steeped in 2 oz hot water + 1 oz demerara sugar, cooled)
- 28 oz club soda or coconut water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Combine rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, mint simple syrup, and bitters in a pitcher. Stir well.
- Add club soda and stir gently to combine.
- Pour into FS605 Max bowl up to the MAX FILL line (approximately 54 oz total).
- Select Frozen Cocktail mode. Freeze for 50–65 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even texture.
- Serve in chilled glasses with fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel.
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig + lime wheel
