  1. Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and hot chocolate mix in a saucepan over low heat just until the cocoa fully dissolves — don't bring to a boil.
  2. Cool to fridge temperature, about 30 minutes.
  3. Pour into the Slushi vessel — total 40 oz, leaves freeze headroom for the dairy.
  4. Run Frappé mode for the full cycle.
  5. Dispense into mugs and top with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Garnish: Whipped cream + cocoa dusting
