Ingredients
- 32 oz whole milk
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 packets hot chocolate mix
Method
- Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and hot chocolate mix in a saucepan over low heat just until the cocoa fully dissolves — don't bring to a boil.
- Cool to fridge temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Pour into the Slushi vessel — total 40 oz, leaves freeze headroom for the dairy.
- Run Frappé mode for the full cycle.
- Dispense into mugs and top with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Garnish: Whipped cream + cocoa dusting
