Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh lime juice (or bottled, pre-chilled)
- 8 oz silver tequila (40% ABV)
- 4 oz triple sec (30% ABV)
- 16 oz fresh-pressed grapefruit juice (or bottled, pre-chilled)
- 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, cooled)
- 2 oz jalapeño-infused simple syrup (or 1/2 tsp jalapeño hot sauce)
- 2 oz water (cold)
Method
- Pre-chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pitcher, combine lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and jalapeño syrup; stir well to blend.
- Add tequila and triple sec; stir gently to combine.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Select Spiked Slush mode and set temperature to level 5–6 (medium-cold); press start.
- Freeze for 40–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the motor pitch changes.
- Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Tajín-rimmed glass with a fresh jalapeño slice and lime wheel
