Ingredients

• 7.1 oz fresh lime juice
• 5.3 oz vodka
• 10.7 oz simple syrup
• 24.9 oz water

Method

1. Juice the limes to yield 8 oz fresh lime juice.
2. Combine lime juice, vodka, simple syrup, and water in a mixing bowl and stir until fully blended.
3. Pour into machine up to the MAX FILL line.
4. Select Frozen Cocktail mode and start the cycle (45–60 minutes typical).
5. Serve when slush reaches desired consistency.
