Ingredients
- 24 oz mango juice (pre-chilled)
- 16 oz passion fruit juice (pre-chilled)
- 12 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
- 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water, cooled)
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp allulose (optional, for extra smoothness)
Method
- Combine mango juice, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a bowl and stir.
- Add cooled simple syrup and allulose (if using) — stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher (stays well under 64 oz max fill).
- Set machine to Slush mode and start freeze cycle.
- Slush ready in 35–45 minutes. Dispense when auger sound deepens and mixture reaches desired consistency.
