Ingredients

• 24 oz peach juice (or peach nectar), chilled
• 16 oz fresh lemon juice, chilled
• 8 oz tequila (40% ABV)
• 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water), chilled
• 4 oz water, chilled

Method

1. Combine peach juice, lemon juice, tequila, simple syrup, and water in a pitcher and stir well.
2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set the machine to Spiked Slush mode and start.
4. Freeze for 35–45 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the auger churn sound changes pitch.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Peach slice or salted rim
