Ingredients

• 16 oz Simply Peach juice
• 12 oz coconut rum (Bacardi or Malibu, 21% ABV)
• 20 oz pineapple juice
• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 6 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or cooled)
• 2 oz water

Method

1. Chill all ingredients in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before mixing.
2. Pour Simply Peach juice, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and water into the Ninja SLUSHi pitcher. Do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
4. Freeze for 40–50 minutes. Slush is ready when the churn sound changes pitch and liquid visibly thickens.
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
