Ingredients

• 32 oz pineapple juice
• 24 oz strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries blended smooth)
• 28 oz coconut cream (canned, well-stirred)
• 16 oz fresh lime juice
• 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)

Method

1. Combine pineapple juice, strawberry puree, and lime juice in a large pitcher; stir well.
2. Add coconut cream and simple syrup; whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
3. Pour mixture into the FS605 Max bowl up to the max fill line (aim for ~100 oz total).
4. Select Slush mode and start; machine will freeze in ~20–25 minutes.
5. Serve directly from the machine into chilled glasses.
