Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh pineapple juice (or blended fresh pineapple, strained)
• 8 oz vodka
• 20 oz water
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or dissolved)
• 4 oz fresh lime juice

Method

1. Strain fresh pineapple juice through a fine mesh to remove pulp; pre-chill in fridge for 15 minutes.
2. In a measuring cup, combine chilled pineapple juice, vodka, water, simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you'll have ~60 oz total).
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until the motor pitch changes and mixture reaches slush consistency.
5. Dispense into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge or fresh mint sprig
