Rose Lychee Freeze

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup very cold rose champagne
• 3/4 cup lychee juice or syrup from canned lychees
• 1/2 cup white peach nectar or pear juice
• 1/4 cup white grape juice
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp elderflower syrup or 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 to 2 tbsp agave nectar or simple syrup (if needed)
• 3 to 4 whole lychees
• Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Blend the whole lychees with the lychee juice until smooth; strain for a cleaner finish.
2. In a chilled pitcher, combine the lychee mixture with peach nectar, white grape juice, lime juice, elderflower syrup, and rose champagne.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness with agave or simple syrup.
4. Pour into the Ninja SLUSHi vessel and run the Spiked Slush setting until thick.
