Ingredients
- 3/4 cup very cold rose champagne
- 3/4 cup lychee juice or syrup from canned lychees
- 1/2 cup white peach nectar or pear juice
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp elderflower syrup or 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 to 2 tbsp agave nectar or simple syrup (if needed)
- 3 to 4 whole lychees
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Blend the whole lychees with the lychee juice until smooth; strain for a cleaner finish.
- In a chilled pitcher, combine the lychee mixture with peach nectar, white grape juice, lime juice, elderflower syrup, and rose champagne.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with agave or simple syrup.
- Pour into the Ninja SLUSHi vessel and run the Spiked Slush setting until thick.
