Ingredients

12 oz rosé wine (Provence or similar dry)
8 oz pét-nat or sparkling rosé
16 oz fresh strawberry purée (or frozen strawberries, thawed)
12 oz fresh lemon juice
14 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
4 oz vodka (neutral spirit to balance freeze point)

Method

Combine rosé, pét-nat, strawberry purée, lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka in a pitcher. Stir well.
Chill all ingredients to fridge temperature (optional but cuts freeze time in half).
Pour into FS305CO vessel up to the 72 oz max fill line.
Select Spiked Slush mode. Run for 45–75 minutes until slushy texture forms.
Stir with included paddle, serve in chilled glasses or Bubble Cups.
