Ingredients

• 12 oz pina colada mix (pre-chilled)
• 4 oz white rum (40% ABV)
• 2 oz banana rum (35% ABV)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 30 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
• 2 oz coconut cream (optional, for richness)

Method

1. Pre-chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a separate container, combine pina colada mix, white rum, banana rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice. Stir well to blend.
3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
4. Set the machine to Spiked Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
5. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the audible churn changes pitch. Dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge + maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick
