Ingredients

• 5.9 oz limoncello
• 2.9 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz oz Campari
• 7.8 oz simple syrup
• 27.4 oz water
• 2 oz oz Italian vermouth

Method

1. Combine limoncello, fresh lemon juice, Campari, vermouth, and simple syrup in a mixing vessel.
2. Add water and stir until fully blended.
3. Pour into slushie machine and select Frozen Cocktail mode.
4. Freeze for 50–60 minutes until slushy consistency forms.
5. Stir gently, serve in chilled glasses, and garnish.
